The rok maintains effective cooking temperature for approx. 25 minutes. Please note: this set is available for home use only. The thinner rok is not suitable for restaurant use. The HCS-201S is an affordable solution providing the essential elements (rock and holder) necessary to enjoy restaurant-quality hot rok meals at home. The rok material is identical to the HCS-101C. The only difference is the shape of the rock and the stainless versus ceramic holder. This is a set for 2 diners. It contains 2 round volcanic roks (7-1/2” diameter x 3/4” thick), 2 stainless steel bases and 1 instruction manual.
